This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when TreeOS processes personal data on your behalf as a customer of the platform.
Roles
You are the data controller for your customer and employee records. TreeOS acts as a data processor when storing and processing that information in your account.
Security measures
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all application traffic
- Role-based access inside each company account
- Isolated company data boundaries
- Backup and restore tooling for account owners
Subprocessors
We use infrastructure providers and optional customer-connected payment providers required to operate the software service. A current list is available on request.
